Make a privacy request

You can ask what we keep about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. This page explains how.

How to send a request

Email info@wosool.ai with the subject "Privacy request". A person on the Wosool team reads every request and handles it by hand.

What you can ask for

• To know what we keep about you, and to get a copy of it.
• To correct something that's wrong or out of date.
• To delete what we keep about you.
• To withdraw the consent you gave when you contacted us.
• To ask a question about how we use your data.

What to include

• Your name, and the company name you gave us.
• The email address or WhatsApp number you used when you contacted us.
• What you're asking for. If it's a correction, tell us what's wrong and what it should say.

Don't send identity documents unless we ask for them.

How we confirm it's you

Before we share, change or delete anything, we check that the request comes from the person the data is about. Usually we write to the email address or WhatsApp number we already have for you and ask you to confirm. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from the original one. If you're asking on someone else's behalf, we'll need their written permission. We only ask for what we need to confirm who you are.

What happens next

• We confirm that we have your request.
• We confirm it's you.
• We carry out the request and tell you what we did.
• If we can't do all of it, for example because the law requires us to keep a record, we tell you what we kept and why.

This page covers what we collect through this website. If your company uses Wosool, the data inside Wosool is covered by your written agreement with us. Your company can make requests about that data through the same address.
