What we collect through this website, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under Saudi law.
Who we are
The entity responsible for your data (the controller) is Wosool AI, a limited liability company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. For anything about your data, email info@wosool.ai.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it. If your company uses Wosool, the data inside Wosool is covered by your written agreement with us.
What we collect
- Through the "Start with one operation" form: your company name, the contact method you choose (work email or WhatsApp number), the operation you'd like to start with if you choose to say, and the page and language you sent it from.
- If you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit: our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site working and secure.
- We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we don't run analytics or advertising tools on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your request and arrange the first conversation with you.
- To keep the site secure and working, using the access logs.
No mailing lists, no automated calls, and no selling or sharing your data for marketing.
Legal basis
For the form and your emails: your consent, which you give when you send them and can withdraw whenever you wish. For the access logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, as the Personal Data Protection Law allows.
Who can see it
Only the people on the Wosool team who handle your request. We use two service providers to deliver your message, and only for that:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which turns the form into an email to our inbox.
- Our email hosting provider, which holds our inbox.
We share data with a government authority only when the law requires it.
Transfer outside the Kingdom
The form service may process your message outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver it to us. We use it only for that purpose, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations on transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages while we follow up your request, and delete them at most 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Access logs are kept only as long as needed for security, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to our inbox is limited to the team members who need it.
Your rights

- To see what we keep about you, and get a copy of it.
- To correct it, or ask for it to be deleted.
- To withdraw your consent.
- To file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Children
This site is for business owners and managers. It is not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
