Nothing changes in your system except after a proposal, then a decision when one is needed, then an execution that is recorded. If you change something directly in your own system, Wosool shows it as of its last read.
Trust Center
We don't ask for trust.
We show you how to check.
What stays in the system you choose, what Wosool keeps, and who sees what. Where something isn't proven yet, we say so.
Our commitments
Six rules built into the product,
not written into a policy.
Each commitment is built into Wosool. Where one isn't proven in production yet, we say so.
Nothing is written to your system or sent in your name without a card signed by whoever owns the decision, except the low-risk steps your policy allows to run on their own.
Everything that happened is recorded with its owner and its time, in an append-only record: what happened is added, never edited or deleted.
Any action without a declared risk level is treated as high risk and waits for your signature.
Every business has its own separate space, and every person sees and signs according to their role in it. Built, not yet proven in production.
If information, identity, or permission is missing, it declines the step, and the declined step changes nothing. Proven in production on 10 September 2026.
Your data
What stays with you,
and what Wosool keeps.
Stays with the owner you choose
- Your items, stock, suppliers and prices stay in the system you choose as their owner: your Odoo or Daftra, or Wosool itself
- Nothing is written to your system without a signed card, like a purchase order after it's approved, except the low-risk steps your policy allows
Kept by Wosool
- A record of every operation: what happened, who did it, when, and what came out of it
- Signed and declined cards, under their owner's name and time
- A read-only copy of some of your system's data, so it can be shown with its source and when it was read
- Messages exchanged with suppliers, and their attachments
- Your conversations with Wosool in chat
- Any records you choose to keep in Wosool itself, like suppliers or purchase orders
Your rights
Your data is yours.
So are your rights over it.
You can ask for a copy of what we keep, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete what the law and our record-keeping duties allow. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you find something that affects Wosool's security, tell us through our contact page. We are grateful for it.
